Right of cancellation

 

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act you are entitled to a trial period. The trial period (14 days) starts on the day after you have received the package from us. Within this period you can cancel the purchase (without giving reasons) and return the product. Return shipments are best registered with us in advance (if you have paid via iDEAL, do not forget to mention your account number).

Products that you return on the basis of the Distance Selling Act must be returned in the original condition (and if reasonably possible including the original packaging). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. With an accepted return we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk. Especially with more expensive products, it is strongly recommended to send the package by registered mail.

Are you not completely satisfied with your order? Then you can return your order at your own expense in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions.

You can return your package in two ways.

1. Returns ordered after 10:00, delivered tomorrow | DPD
You can return this order via the return label provided. Make sure that the product is packaged in the correct condition and in its original packaging. Fill in the enclosed return form correctly and enclose it with the return shipment. Stick the return label on the package and hand it in at the nearest DPD point.

2. Returns ordered before 10:00, delivered today | trunkrs
Do you want to return this order? Send an email to [email protected] with 'return + order number' in the subject line. We will then create a return label for you free of charge so that you can return the package easily and safely.

Also make sure that the product is packed in the correct condition and in the original packaging. Fill in the enclosed return form correctly and enclose it with the return shipment. Stick the return label on the parcel and then hand it in at the nearest parcel point.

exchange
The exchange of your items is done in the same way as the return. However, you also have two options.

1. Indicate on your return form that you want to exchange your item and to which item in which size and color you would like this. We will ensure that you receive the new item. Pay attention! The processing of an exchange can take up to 14 working days.

2. You order the desired item again and request the money back on the return. We will then ensure that this is processed and the amount refunded within 14 working days. Pay attention! With this processing, the condition 'with sale items, no money back' expires because you have fulfilled the exchange yourself.
