You request an exchange, no extra costs for the return will be charged.

As soon as we have received and processed the return shipment, you will receive a credit code worth the purchase amount of the items that have been returned. The customer can enter the code at discount code during the checkout of a new order, the amount will be deducted from the total amount. With this you have fulfilled the exchange yourself.

You can read how to use the voucher code via the steps below.

Step 1 - Click on the item you want to exchange and add it to your shopping cart.

Step 2 - Click on proceed to checkout and fill in your details.

Step 3 - Enter the credit code you received in the discount code field, then click on the green box with the plus sign to redeem the code. The amount will then be €0, provided you do not order an item more expensive than the value of the code.

Step 4 - Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to the payment page.

Step 5 - When paying, choose payment by bank transfer, after which you can complete the order free of charge. Please note: You cannot choose a post-payment method if the amount amounts to €0. If you have ordered a more expensive item, you can of course pay the remaining amount afterwards or with one of the other payment methods offered.

If you decide to place a new order before you have received the credit code, you can let us know by email or telephone. We will then note this with the return shipment.

refund

You ask for a refund, you pay for the return shipment yourself via the return portal. As soon as Malelions has received and processed the return shipment, we will credit the amount. This will then be refunded to the account you paid with, or we will adjust it on your Riverty or Klarna invoice.

Note! If you have received a free gift, you must return it, unless you still meet the order amount to receive a gift.

Right of cancellation

 

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act you are entitled to a trial period. The trial period (30 days) starts on the day after you have received the package from us. Within this period you can cancel the purchase (without giving reasons) and return the product. 

Products that you return on the basis of the Distance Selling Act must be returned in the original condition (and if reasonably possible including the original packaging). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. With an accepted return we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk. Especially with more expensive products, it is strongly recommended to send the package by registered mail.

Specially formulated products are not returnable.
